Meet the Owner
ERIC C. ARDOLINO
President

Eric Ardolino,
a 30 year industry veteran, has been an ASTA member since
1982.
A&S Travel Center, Inc. was
founded in 1981, and has two highly automated offices.
The agency focuses primarily on corporate travel and does
a high volume ski, golf, and cruise business.
Mr. Ardolino received his Bachelor
of Arts degree in 1972, and is a certified specialist in
20 plus travel related fields including Australia. In addition,
he has served on many advisory boards including SABRE and
Manhattan Suites.
He is a 20 year resident
of Wallingford, Connecticut, and is a member of the Wallingford
Chamber of Commerce.

Meet
the Managers
Diana L Demers Manager - Wallingford
|
Diana graduated from
the Academy of Business Careers with an Associate degree in
Travel, in the year 1983. Diana originally was with A & S
Travel Center from 1984 to 1988. She worked as a corporate
agent for Mercury Travel and American Express after she left in
1988.. She missed A & S Travel so much that she came back in July
6, 2004. She has had many positions ranging from
receptionist, accounting, frontline agent for both leisure and
corporate reservations, and now Manager of our Wallingford office.
She has completed
several travel courses over her 20+ years as a travel consultant
and holds certification with the College of Disney Knowledge and
is a Royal Caribbean cruise line expert.
She has traveled to
many travel hot spots like Aruba, Grand Cayman, Cancun, Hawaii,
Bermuda, St Thomas and various ports of calls gaining knowledge to
book a great vacation for our A & S Travel clientele.

Carol Castiglia, Manager of our Waterbury office, joined our staff in 1998. She has 22 years of experience in both leisure and commercial travel. She specializes in Caribbean travel and is a certified specialist for the islands of Aruba and Bermuda. Carol is also a Certified Sandals Specialist for all Sandals and Beaches properties. Ireland is her favorite destination in Europe. She has led several groups there, including genealogical tours as a special interest. In the United States her favorite destinations are the west and northwest. She enjoys planning customized fly-drive family vacations to include your choice of national parks and historic sites. Australia and French Polynesia round out the other countries she has been to.

| Accuracy - ASTA members will be factual and accurate when providing
information about their services and the Services of any firm they
represent. They will not use deceptive practices.
Disclosure - ASTA members will provide in writing, upon written
request, complete details about the cost, restrictions, and other
terms and conditions, of any travel service sold, including cancellation
and service fee policies.
Responsiveness - ASTA members will promptly respond to their
clients complaints.
Refunds - ASTA members will remit any undisputed funds under
their control within the specified time limit. Reasons for delay
in providing funds will be given to the claimant promptly.
Cooperation - ASTA members will cooperate with any inquiry conducted
by ASTA to resolve any dispute involving consumers or another
member.
Confidences - ASTA members will not use improperly obtained
client lists or other confidential information obtained from
an employee's former employer.
Confidentiality - ASTA members will treat every client transaction
confidentially and not disclose any information without permission
of the client, unless required by law.
Affiliation - ASTA members will not falsely represent a person's
affiliation with their firm.
Conflict of interest - ASTA members will not allow any preferred
relationship with a supplier to interfere with the interests
of their clients.
Compliance - ASTA members shall abide by all federal, state
and local laws and regulations.
